摘要
采用问卷调查法,对西京医院图书馆读者的信息行为和信息需求进行了调查。结果发现,医院图书馆的读者群构成复杂,信息需求千差万别,提示图书馆应根据医院不同类型读者群的个性化、差异化的需求,制定相应的服务策略,提高服务质量。
The information behaviors and needs of readers in Xijing Hospital Library were investigated with questionnaires,which showed that the components of readers in hospital libraries were complicated and their information needs were different,indicating that different service strategies should be made for the individual and different information needs of different readers in hospital libraries in order to improve their service.
