摘要 目的观察缺血性脑病的不同药物治疗效果。方法缺血性脑病患者80例根据药物应用的不同分为治疗组与对照组各40例,在常规治疗基础上,将给予喹那普利治疗者为对照组,给予环磷腺苷葡胺治疗者为治疗组。结果治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组外周血内皮素(ET-1)明显上升,外周血D二聚体(D-D)明显下降(P均<0.05),对照组治疗前后对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论环磷腺苷葡胺是一种较为理想的治疗缺血性脑病药物,其作用机制可能与扩张脑血管改善高凝状态有关。 Objective To observe the effects of different drug treatment for ischemic encephalopathy. Methods Eighty cases with ischemic encephalopathy were divided into the treatment group and the control group accorded the different drug application, on the basis of conventional therapy, the control group were given quinapril treatment, the treatment group received meglumine cyclic adenosine monophosphate treatment. Results The total effective rate was 95.0% in treatment group, so that was 80.0% in control group (P 〈 0.05). After treatment, the ET-1 significantly increased, DD decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05) in the treatment group, there had no significant difference (P 〉 0.05) in control group before and after treatment. Conclusion Meglumine cyclic adenosine monophosphate is an ideal treatment for is- chemic encephalopathy drugs, its mechanism of action may be in the expansion related to improve cerebrovascular hy-percoagulable state.
