摘要
本文通过对气相色谱法测定蔬菜中氧化乐果残留量的测定过程的分析,合理选择评定方法,简化并计算了测试过程中的不确定度分量,计算出了相对合成标准不确定度和相对扩展不确定度,达到了对其测量不确定度的合理评定的目的,反映了实验室的技术和设备水平。
This paper briefly introduces the determination method of omethoate residue in vegetables by gas chromatography.According to JJF1059-1999 evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement, the sources of standard uncertainty are analyzed in detail. The combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty are calculated by selected suitable evaluation methods. The aim of reasonable evaluation of uncertainty of measurement is to evaluate the ability of technique and instrument of laboratory.
