摘要
转型升级历来是理论和实践一致关注的热点问题。由于国内外经济形势发展的影响,转型升级成为了众多中小企业发展的必然选择。本文以生态学中的生态位理论为基础,建立了中小企业转型升级能力的生态位评价指标体系;利用灰色关联分析的基本理论和方法,建立了中小企业转型升级能力评价的多层次灰色评价模型;以5家中小企业的调研数据对该模型进行了检验,为中小企业转型升级能力的评价提供了新的标准和方法。对中小企业和政府职能部门而言,这种评价模型既具有理论意义又有着现实意义。
The transformation and upgrading has always been one of the hot issues by the theoretical and practical worlds. Due to the impact of the development of the economic situations at home and abroad, the transformation and upgrading has become the inevitable choice for many small and medium enterprises （SMEs）. Based on the ecology position theory, an index system of ecology position for SMEs＇ transformation and upgrading capabilities is developed. On the basis of grey relational analysis method, a multilayer grey evaluation model for evaluation of SMEs＇ transformation and upgrading capabilities is explored. Then, the model is examined by investigation data of five SMEs, which proves a new standard and method for evaluation of SMEs＇ transformation and upgrading capabilities and also is of great theoretical and practical significance to small and medium enterprises and government departments.
