摘要
船舶综合安全评估 ( FSA)中存在大量不确定性问题 ,对这些不确定性问题处理方法的研究 ,是 FSA的关键与难点 .文中提出了一种基于证据理论的船舶综合安全评估方法 ,该方法用于当评价一个复杂系统的安全性时 ,底层因素由于缺少数据而必须采用主观判断时 ,如何评价一个系统的安全性问题 .最后给出了一个算例加以说明 .
The formal safety assessment study on ship involves many uncertainties. Dealing with uncertainty is an important and difficult aspect for FSA on ship. This paper presents an approach for FSA on ship based on evidence theory. This approach is used to evaluate the safety of a complex system when the basic factors are described by subjective judgments due to the lack of data. Finally,a practical example is given.
