摘要
本文论述了企业生态位的基本概念以及影响企业生态位跃迁的环境因素。通过分析比较宁波波导股份有限公司和江门建生电讯有限公司这两家在创业之初具有类似生态位的企业不同的生态位跃迁过程,阐述了技术变迁对企业生态位跃迁的影响,并据此对企业发展提出了一些建议。
This paper provides a brief explanation about basic concepts of organization niche and environmental factors effecting the transition of organization niche. Based on the comparative analysis of the different niche transition processes of Ningbo Bird Co. ,Ltd and Jiangmenjiansheng Telecom Co. ,Ltd which have the similar niche in the beginning of their foundation, it explains the effect of the flux of technology on organizations＇ niches transition, and offers some suggestions for the further development of companies.
