糖尿病合并急性肾损伤的研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 糖尿病是临床常见病、多发病，随着其患病率的升高，合并急性肾损伤（AKI）患者，尤其是老年患者的数量亦增加。原有慢性肾脏病（CKD）的糖尿病患者在血容量减少和脓毒症时更易发生AKI。如治疗不及时，患者的。肾功能可于短时期内发生恶化，最终可因肾衰竭而死亡。以下就糖尿病患者合并AKI的常见原因及其诊治进展作一综述。
