摘要
资源型城市面临着经济转型与生态承载力衰弱的双重压力,基于生态承载力视角探索资源型城市可持续发展模式成为了资源型城市重要的战略方向。文章以资源环境承载能力、生态系统弹性力及生态承载压力度等分析框架,对资源型城市生态承载力进行了分析与研究,指出资源型城市的发展应合理克服城市资源环境承载力放大效应,充分注重生态系统生命周期及其弹性力规律,极力避免城市资源环境开发的负面效应。
The resource-based cities faced with the dual pressures： economic transformation and ecological carrying capacity debilitating. Based on ecological carrying capacity, exploring the sustainable urban development model has become an important strategic direction of the resource-based cities. In this paper, capacity of resources and environment, ecosystem elastic force and the ecological carrying pressure as the analytical framework, the ecological carrying capacity of the resource-based cities has been analyzed and researched. And it has been pointed out that the development of resource-based cities should be reasonable to overcome the amplification effect of urban resources and environment carrying capacity, fully focus on the life cycle of the ecosystem its elastic force of the law and avoid the negative effects of resources and environment in the course of urban development.
