摘要
目的探讨中药师在中药饮片调剂工作中审方的实践和体会,提高审方质量。方法在工作中,通过对药名,药量,药物禁忌,药物的毒麻作用,医师的书写以及指导患者如何用药等多个方面进行分析。结果所有处方,经临床药师仔细核对,发现错误52份,占0.04%。经纠正全部准确。中药饮片的调剂是对患者治疗的一个重要影响因素,中药配方工作中的一个首要环节就是审方,审方工作质量的高低将直接影响到配方操作的准确性,也严重影响到中药饮片的临床治疗效果。结论高质量的完成审方工作,认真配药,发送药物,时刻为患者健康着想。促使中医药事业发扬光大。
Objective to discuss pharmacists in Chinese medicine yinpian dispensing work review side of the practice and experience, improve the quality ofjndge party. Methods At work, through drug name, dosage, drug cnntraindications, drug toxicity, how to write and give advise patients on the medication, and many of other aspects to analysis. Results All prescription, the clinical pharmacists were checked carefully, find mistakes in 52 clinical pharmacists, accounting for 0.04%. The correct all were amended.Chinese medicine yinpian adjust to the degree of patients is an important influencing factors, Chinese traditional medicine recipe work in a primary link is review party, review party work quality will directly affect the accuracy of the formula operation, but also seriously affected Chinese medicine yinpian clinical therapeutic effect. Conclusion high quality completion of the review party, earnest dispensing, send drug,consider for the patients＇ health at all times. Enable the Chinese medicine industry to flourish.
