摘要
目的:评价我院医院制剂的作用和地位,讨论其存在的必要性,为医院制剂的发展提供参考。方法:回顾性分析我院2010~2012年医院制剂的生产及使用情况。结果:我院西药制剂品种逐渐减少,生产呈现出明显的集中趋势,销售金额整体呈现下降趋势;医院制剂的销售总额平稳增长,门诊销售额占总销售额的95%以上。销售金额列前十位的医院制剂占全部医院制剂销售金额的85%以上。结论:医院制剂是医院用药的重要组成部分,保持我院儿科特色制剂,紧密结合临床需求,研发新剂型和新制剂,是我院医院制剂发展的方向。
Objective: To evaluate the role and function of hospital preparations, to discuss the necessity, it can provide a reference for the development of them. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the production and utilization of hospital preparations in our hospital from 2010 to 2012. Results: Our Western medicine preparations varieties reduced, it has show a central tendency in production and a decline in sales; the steady growth in sales, outpatient sales to total sales of more than 95%, the amount of sales out the top ten hospitals preparations accounted for more than 85% of the amount of sales of all hospital preparations. Conclusion: Hospital preparations is an important part of the pediatric formulations, developing new dosage and new medicine preparation tightly combine with the clinical requirements is the direction of the development of our hospital preparations.
