摘要
提出联网调水方案,解决北方缺水问题,增加北方水电比重,长江上游和汉江洪水可以向北分流。
A water diversion network plan is suggested here.The plan could be comprehensively utilized as follows:to solve the water shortage problem and to increase the percentage of hydropower in the northern region;to divert the flood of the Yangtze River and the Hanjiang River to the Yellow River to make the environment of the Yellow River well and so on.
