摘要
为了分析东荆河分泄汉江洪水时,运用民垸分蓄洪对两岸的防洪效果,建立了东荆河一维非恒定河网模型和民垸行洪区二维水流模型,分析了单个民垸运用或多个民垸联合运用对东荆河洪水位的影响。结果表明:单个民垸运用可以使东荆河部分控制站的洪水位下降,发生1954年型长江洪水时,只需启用联合大垸就可以使所有控制站的水位降低到设计洪水位以下;但对于1964年型汉江洪水,需共同运用联合大垸和天星洲内垸行洪,才可使所有控制站的水位降低到设计洪水位以下。
In order to analyze the effect of polder storage in flood control along the Dongjing River during the flood diversion of Hanjiang River,the 1 D unsteady river network model and 2D flood routing model in polder are established and the effect of single polder or multiple polders flood storage are analyzed.The analysis result shows that the flood storage by single polder can reduce flood level to a certain degree,for 1954 type of flood,the flood storage by Lianhe polder can reduce the water levels of all stations below design flood level;however,for 1964 type of flood,the united storage by Lianhe polder and Tianxingzhou polder would be necessary to reduce the water levels of all stations below design flood level.
