摘要
比较各家提出的大西线调水线路、调水量 ,阐明该线的合理性 ,提出了工程建设程序的建议 ;估计调水对怒江、澜沧江及雅鲁藏布江水能和出境量的减少 。
Through comparing various water diversion lines proposed,one of these lines is selected and reasons of selecting this line are described.The construction programme is suggested.The decreases of hydro energy and water quantities after water diversion from the three rivers,the Nujiang,the Lancang and the Yaluzangbu rivers,are estimated.Some proposals for unified planning are also proposed.
