摘要
高校要提高自身的竞争力,走专业特色化是必然的道路。专业特色化建设也是高等教育改革与国家经济发展的必然结果。构建与加强专业预警机制的建设能够防患于未然,不仅保障专业建设的特色化,也能保证专业建设健康发展、走上可持续发展道路。高校专业特色化建设时要注意专业预警机制的三个原则,即常规化、信息化和时效化原则,这样才能使得预警机制下的专业特色化建设的三个过程———信息预警、响应系统、保障体系能够顺利进行。
To stay competitive,colleges are bound to develop the characteristic specialties.The characteristic development of specialties is the inevitable consequence of innovation in high education and national economic growth.The early-warning mechanism is a cure of the might-be matters.The construction and enforcement of the early-warning mechanism can guarantee the characteristic development of college specialties,in a healthy and sustainable way.On the course it is necessary to keep an eye on the three rules of early-warning mechanism so as to guarantee the development well.
