摘要
建设江苏应急预警系统是全面提升江苏应急管理能力的一项重要而又迫切的任务。江苏省应急预警系统的建设是一个长期而又复杂的过程,必须做到:明确应急预警系统建设的目标和定位;整合预警信息系统,优化预警信息资源;牢牢把握"以人为本"的预警体系发展方向;加强预警发布管理,完善预警管理制度;建立健全预警发布渠道,引导公众预警应用。
It is an important and urgent task for Jiangsu Province to build emergency early warning system to enhance the emergency management capability comprehensively. It is a long - term and complex process for Jiangsu Province to build the emergency warning system. Some measures should be taken as follows： clearing the target and location of the emergency warning systems; integrating early warning information system and optimizing the early warning information resources; grasping firmly the ＂people-centered＂ early warning system development direction; strengthening early warning dissemination management and perfecting early warning management institutions; and establishing a sound early warning issuing channels and guiding the public to apply early warning.
