摘要
在现有的黑启动方案评估指标体系基础上,提出将灰色关联矩阵和理想点法相结合用于黑启动方案评估中。在理想点法中引入灰色关联的概念,将欧式距离和灰色关联度有机结合,通过对数据进行灰色关联分析挖掘其内在规律,利用理想点法对方案进行排序。同时采用了三角模糊数的层次分析法与熵权法结合的综合权重法。介绍了某电网黑启动的实例。
Based on the index system of the existing assessment of black-start scheme, this paper proposes to apply the gray correlation matrix integrated with TOPSIS to black-start scheme assessment. The proposed method introduces the concept of gray correlation intro TOPSIS technique, so that it combines the Euclidean distance with the gray relational grade. And get the datas＇ inherent law through the grey relational analysis. Then plan to sort the black-start schemes using the TOPSIS technique. At the same time combine the triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process with entropy weight method to get a comprehensive weight. Taking a practical grid black start study as an example to illustrate the proposed method.
