摘要
历时一年时间,依据循序渐进的原则,上海电网进行了一系列的黑启动试验,充分验证了上海电网黑启动方案的可行性,检验了电网黑启动过程中的组织和技术措施的有效性。文章通过介绍上海电网黑启动系列试验的总体过程和主要结论,突出了以燃气轮机作为黑启动电源、在全压方式下启动大容量变压器、燃机小系统带重负荷长期稳定运行等上海电网黑启动试验的独特之处。
In accordance with the principle of progress step by step, a series of blackstart maneuvers were conducted in Shanghai power grid during the period of one year. The feasibility of the blackstart scheme for Shanghai power grid was verified by these tests adequately, and the effectiveness of both organizational work and technical measures adopted during the blackstart process was examined. Here, the overall process and main conclusions of the serial blackstart tests in Shanghai power grid are presented, and the distinctive features of the blackstart tests in Shanghai power grid, such as using gas turbine generators as the power source of blackstart, starting high-capacity transformer with full voltage and long-term stable operation of a small system with heavy load supplied by gas turbine generators, are emphatically described.
