摘要
HCV基因分型广泛应用于分子流行病学研究、病毒起源及进化分析、慢性丙型肝炎病情预测和抗病毒治疗应答。本文就近年来HCV的基因分型区域、检测方法及临床意义进行综述。
HCV genotyping is widely used in the study of molecular epidemiology, virus origin and evolution, prediction of chronic hepatitis C and response to antiviral therapy. This article focuses on the selection region, detecting methods and clinical significance of HCV genotyping.
