摘要
丙型肝炎病毒是一个高度异质性的RNA病毒,目前可分为6个基因型与不同的亚型。本文就HCV基因型构成、HCV基因分型的检测方法与命名、HCV基因型的流行病学的意义、HCV基因型与疾病严重性、急性HCV感染的转归、IFN-α疗效、HCV基因分型与疫苗的研制等有关的研究作一综述。
Hepatitis C virus is a RNA virus with high heterogeneous nature,which currently can be divided into six genotypes with different subtypes.In this paper,the composition of HCV genotype,test method and naming of HCV genotyping,the significance of epidemiology on HCV genotype,the relationship between HCV genotyping and disease severity and changing of acute HCV infection as well as treatment effect of IFN-a,HCV genotyping and vaccine development and other related research are reviewed.
