摘要
介绍了芳烃抽提装置的工艺原理及空冷前管道弯头腐蚀减薄的情况,并对造成腐蚀的可能原因进行了分析。由于芳烃抽提装置环丁砜的劣化,在高温下环丁砜系统进入了氧气,局部过热水解形成的酸腐蚀;另外通过流速核算得知,高流速易造成弯管冲刷腐蚀。为改善其操作,提出了需采取的各项防腐措施及解决问题的方法。
This paper introduces the process principles of aromatics extraction unit,the corrosion phenomenon and situation of the elbow before air cooling.Based on these,the paper analyzes the possible corrosion reasons.Due to the degradation of sulfolane in the aromatic extraction unit,oxygen enters into the sulfolane system under high temperature and acid corrosion occurs because of local superheating and hydrolysis.It is also known from velocity checking that high velocity may cause erosion-corrosion easily in the bended tube.Anti-corrosion measures and ways to solve the problems are proposed to improve the operation.
