摘要
芳烃抽提装置的抽提蒸馏塔作为整个装置的核心工艺,其运行状态直接影响抽余油和苯产品质量,其液-液抽提的特殊性和环丁砜溶剂的易劣化的特点给生产操作带来较大的难度。针对芳烃装置中抽提蒸馏塔出现的异常波动而导致的抽余油产品质量波动问题,迚行了详细地分析,开提出了相对可行的解决斱法。
As the core of the whole unit,the extraction distillation tower of the aromatics extraction unit has a direct influence on the quality of raffinate and benzene.Due to the particularity of liquid-liquid extraction and the easy degradation of sulfolane solvent,the production operation is great difficult.In this paper,the quality fluctuation of the raffinate oil product caused by the abnormal fluctuation of the distillation tower was analyzed,and relatively feasible solutions were put forward.
