摘要
本文介绍了几种工业化的芳烃抽提工艺方法，并对这些方法在溶剂性质、工艺流程、芳烃产品回收率和纯度以及公用工程消耗几个方面进行了分析比较，认为在各种芳烃抽提工艺方法中抽提－抽提蒸馏工艺技术较好，并且在其工艺技术中以环丁砜为溶剂的方法有明显的优越性。建议国内今后新建装置应以选择环丁砜抽提为主，老的Ｕｄｅｘ装置改造也可考虑Ｃａｒｏｍ工艺。
Several solvent extraction processes for the recovery of aromatics are briefly discussed and are compared in terms of solvent property,flow diagram,aromatics yield and purity as well as utility consumptions.It concludes that the extraction-extraction stripping process is a better choice among various processes and,for this process,the use of sulfolane is obviously advantageous than the other solvents.For domestic aromatics extraction units to be constructed,the Sulfolane process is recommened.For the revamping of existing Udex units,the Carom Process should be taken into consideration.
