摘要
随着高职教育内涵发展的要求逐渐提高,高职教师队伍建设越来越受到高度重视。校本培训是推进教师专业水平不断提高,促进高职院校内涵发展的有效举措。本文通过检索国内高职院校校本培训研究的相关期刊文献,进行了文献统计和主题内容分析,从高职院校校本培训的涵义与特点、作用与问题、目标与内容、培训模式与形式、组织管理与效果评价、基本程序与培训体系等方面进行了综述。
Construction of teachers team in higher vocational colleges has received more and more attention with gradual increase in demand for its connotation development. The school-based training is an effective way to meet the requirements. The essay analyses the main content through retrieving information on the research of school-based training in domestic higher vocational colleges and explains in details from the training connotation and characteristics, function and problems, goals and contents, training modes and forms, organizational management and effectiveness evaluation to basic program and training system and so on.
