摘要
目的探讨磁性附着体的引入对基牙牙周健康状况的影响。方法选取12例下颌磁性附着体覆盖全口义齿修复的牙列缺损患者,其中安装磁性附着体基牙24颗作为实验组,同颌24颗覆盖基牙作为对照组。实验组按常规制作磁性附着体覆盖全口义齿,对照组覆盖基牙使用树脂充填根管口。检测初戴义齿及戴义齿3个月、6个月、1年、2年后两组基牙龈沟液量及龈沟出血指数的变化。结果实验组戴义齿1年、2年时的龈沟液量及龈沟出血指数均高于对照组及初戴义齿时(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论磁性附着体的引入可致基牙患牙周病的危险性增加。
Objective To study the influence of magnetic attachment on the periodontium of abutment. Methods 12 patients with defect of dentition underwent mandibular overdentures repair supported by magnetic attachments. 24 abutments installed with magnetic attachment were regarded as the experiment group. The other 24 overlay abut- ments on the same jaw were regarded as the control group. The experiment group was given conventional mandibular overdentures supported by magnetic attachments, while the control group＇s root canal orifice of abutments were filled by resin. Then, the quantity of gingival crevicular fluid （GCF） and sulcus bleeding index（SBI） of the two groups be- fore denture placement and after wearing for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and 2 years were detected. Results After wearing dentures for 1 year and 2 years,the GCF and SBI of the experiment group were higher than those of the con- trol group（ P 〈0.05 or 〈0.01）. Conclusion The magnetic attachments can increase the risk of periodontal diseases of abutments.
