15例磁性附着体在口腔修复中的临床应用体会 被引量:31

摘要 目的:探讨磁性附着体在口腔修复中的临床应用效果。方法:选择2008年5~12月在我院行全口覆盖义齿修复的15例患者,行磁性附着体修复,比较粘固前后的固位力和咀嚼效率。结果:粘固后即刻以及粘固后1个月的固位力与粘固前比较,差异具有显著意义(P<0.05),粘固后固位力高于粘固前,粘固后即刻与粘固后1个月的固位力差异无显著意义(P>0.05);粘固后的咀嚼效率明显高于粘固前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磁性附着体在口腔修复中有良好的临床应用价值。 Objective:Discussing the clinical effect of magnetic attachments in the dental rehabilitation.Methods:Collecting fifteen patients using completely overdenture restoration in our hospital from May 2008 to December 2008.they all used magnetic attachments repaired, and then we compared retention and masticatory efficiency before and after retention,Results:Compared with immediately atfter retention and retention after one month and before retention were significantly differences (P〈0.05),the retention After the retention is higher than before the retention,Between retention immediately and retention after one month had not significantly difference(P〉0.05);the masticatory efficiency after retention was higher than before.the difference was statistically significantly (P〈0.05).Conelusion;Magnetic attachments have a great clinical effect on dental rehabilitation.
