摘要
目的研究磁性附着体在口腔修复中的临床应用效果。方法对收治的69例牙列缺损行覆盖义齿修复的患者,利用口内余留牙或残根残冠安置磁性附着体行覆盖义齿修复,具体包括基牙预备、制作根帽、制作义齿、试戴及完成义齿等步骤。分别于磁体粘固前及粘固后即刻、4周测定固定力及咀嚼效率并统计患者随访过程中发生的不良反应情况。结果患者使用磁性附着体粘固后即刻固定力(4.16±0.39)与咀嚼效率(0.69±0.25)显著高于粘固前固定力(1.31±0.15)和咀嚼效率(0.34±0.11)(P<0.01)。粘固后4周与粘固后即刻比较,固定力及咀嚼效率均无明显差异(P>0.05)。69例患者发生不良反应共5例,发生率7.2%,三个不同区域的患者不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论磁性附着体在口腔修复中具有义齿固定好、咀嚼效率高、不良反应少的优点,值得推广应用。
Objective It is to research the effect of magnetic attachment in prosthetics dentistry. Methods 69 patients with residual roots were restored with magnetic attachment. Calculate the stability of overdentures, masticatory function and adverse reaction. Results The stability of overdentures and masticatory function after restored with magnetic attachment were significantly than before （P〈0.01） while there was no obvious difference after 4 weeks （P〉0.05）. The adverse reaction rate was 7.2% and the difference was not significant in 3 restoration area （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Magnetic attachment has the advantages of high stability of overdentures. good masticatory function and low adverse reaction rate.
