摘要
临床护士执行着大量的治疗、护理操作,他们是通过手与患者接触最多的群体。当前,我国医院临床护士手卫生依从性仍较低,而手的接触传播在医院感染中扮演着重要角色。为预防和控制医院感染,作为简单易行又经济有效的手卫生应得到重视,进一步提高对手卫生的认识,提高手卫生依从性,完善手卫生设施,有效改善手卫生现状,从而达到减少医院感染、保护临床护士自身安全的目的。
Clinical nurses perform a large number of treatment, care operations, their groups are through hands contacted with the patient. Currently, the hospital hand hygiene compliance among clinical nurses in China is still low, but hand contact plays an important role in the hospital infections. For the prevention and control of hospital infections, as simple and cost effective hand sanitation deserves attention, to further raise awareness among rival health to improve hand hygiene compliance, improve hand hygiene facilities, effective hand hygiene improved conditions, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing hospital infections, clinical nurses＇ own security protection.
