摘要
[目的]了解实习护士的职业防护知识与行为状况,以便进行有针对性的职业防护教育,促使实习护士做好自身防护.[方法]2005年9～10月,对在梅县人民医院实习的嘉应学院医学院2003级护士专业学生进行问卷调查.[结果]调查71人,接受过专门职业防护技能学习的占59.2%;对几种护士职业危害因素的知晓率为39.4%～57.7%,对几种可产生职业危害的医疗器械或物品的知晓率为19.7%～57.7%;几种卫生行为的形成率为59.2%～95.8%;实习75d内受到过医疗器皿（器械、用品）损伤的占43.7%,1人被患者的血溅及眼睛.[结论]实习护士接受的职业防护技能教育培训较少,自我保护能力较低,受到伤害的机率较高.

[Methods]Uses the questionnaire survey method. [Results]Thought oneself fully grasps the HIV knowledge to account for 31.0%, Accepts the special occupation protection skill study to account for 59.2% ,Knew the nurse occupation harm factor has the pathogenic microorganism to account for 56.3% ,the accident damages accounts for 57.7% ,the patient and family member＇s violence accounts for 39.4% ,the pressure accounts for 46.5% ,Knew may produce in the occupation harm medical instrument or the goods X beam accounts for 29.6 $, electric shock eliminating trembling and so on the electric appliance accounts for 19.7%, the ultraviolet ray accounts for 45.10%, the chlorine preparation disappears the venom to account for 57, 7%, The population which after the nurse practises 75 days damages by the glassware or other medical instruments the population to occupy 38. 0% ,is used the needle stabs to occupy 5.6%, Conclusion The apprentice nurse accepts the occupation protection skill education trains few, protects oneself the ability lowly, receives the dominant injury the probability to be high. [Conclusion]On the occupation protection skill education to the apprentice nurse already is the extremely essential matter,
