摘要
研究了泰和乌鸡配套系商品肉鸡的肉质特性。结果表明:通过改良育种后,泰和乌鸡配套系商品肉鸡不仅早期生长速度得到了较大的提高,而且与原种泰和乌鸡的肉质特性基本一致。
The meat quality characteristics of commercial broiler in Taihe silky fowl synthetic line were studied. The results showed that: through the improvement breeding of Taihe silky fowl, the commercial broiler in Taihe silky fowl synthetic line had been greatly improved in the aspect of early growth rate, and its meat quality characteristics were basically consistent with those of the original Taihe silky fowl.
