摘要
台湾光复后,农会信用部积极参与农业发展和农村建设,为农民提供快捷便利和全方位的金融服务。进入新世纪,尤其是台湾加入WTO后,面对金融自由化和国际化冲击,农会信用部顺应当局一系列金融改革措施和农民实际需求,不断提高自身经营效率和质量,逐步完善金融预警机制和金融管制制度,实施严格的成本控制和内部管理,为台湾普惠型农村金融体系建设做出了巨大贡献,也成为推动台湾农业发展和乡村建设的重要力量。
After the recovery of Taiwan, Credit department of Taiwan Farmers＇ Association actively participated in agricultural development and rural construction. It provides fast and convenient financial services for farmers in rural areas. Entering the new century, especially after Taiwan joined the WTO, in the face of financial liberalization and international impact, the Credit Department of Taiwan Farmers＇ As- sociation complied with a series of financial reform measures and farmer＇s actual demand, constantly im- proved their operational efficiency, quality, early warning mechanism, cost control and internal manage- ment. The pratt whitney type rural financial system made great contributions, it has become the impor- tant force to promote Taiwan＇s agricultural development and rural construction.
