摘要
台湾地区完善的农业金融体系,在支持岛内农业现代化建设上取得了明显成效;而大陆地区的农业金融体系,因其机构功能错位难以形成有效的运行机制,农业金融体系不够完善,农业金融体系改革迫在眉睫。该文以台湾农业金融机构的设置为出发点,从机构运行、金融监管、政策支农、信用担保及法律法规五个方面对台湾农业金融体系进行剖析,并为深化大陆农业金融体系改革提出相关对策建议。
The agricultural financial system of Taiwan has achieved significant results in support of its agricultural modernization;while the agriculture financial system in China's Mainland haven’t form an effective operational mechanism because of its functions dislocation.The agricultural finance system is not perfect and reform is imminent.In the base of agricultural financial institutions in Taiwan,running from operation mechanism,financial regulation,agriculture policy,credit guarantees and legal regulations to analyze the agricultural financial system of Taiwan and make relevant suggestions for deepening the reform of China's Mainland agricultural finance system.
