摘要
目的解决医院门诊长期以来看病"三长一短"的问题,提升医院整体运作效率,方便患者就诊。方法通过构建银医通服务平台,依托医院现有医院信息系统(HIS),实现银行和医院业务系统的对接,简化挂号、看病、划价、收费等诊疗过程的支付手续,对就诊流程进行优化与升级。结果银医通服务平台优化了就诊流程,为患者就医提供了更简单、方便和快捷的服务,推进了数字化医院的建设和多元化支付体系的完善。结论银医通服务平台是提升医院的运作效率,方便患者就诊的有效手段。
Objective To solve the difficulties in outpatient medical services and improve the whole efficiency of the hospital so as to promote the patients＇ convenience. Methods The banking medical service platform is established based on the hospital information system（HIS） to build up a close connection between the bank and hospital services. Thus, payment procedures involving appointment registration, consultation with doctors, settlement and charging get simplified. At the same time, outpatient treatment procedures are optimized. Results Construction of banking medical service platform optimizes the outpatient treatment procedures, promotes the patients＇ convenience, advances the digitalization of hospitals and enriches the payment methods. Conclusion The banking medical service platform is a good solution to enhance the efficiency of the hospital and make treatment services more convenient for patients.
