摘要
目的:探讨"银医通"系统在医院门诊中与医院信息系统(HIS)相结合,将医保、银行卡功能于一体的应用。方法:依据患者在医院挂号、看病、取药排队等候时间长,而医生问诊时间短的特点,改造原有门诊就诊流程,开发新的"银医通"系统。结果:"银医通"系统通过自助发放"银医通"卡,自助绑定医保卡、银行卡、缴费与充值、打印凭条、对账、自助挂号、预约挂号、自助打印,优化了患者在医院门诊就诊流程。结论:优化后的医院门诊流程更加合理,操作简捷,极大提高了医院的工作效率,有效地为患者提供了更加准确、便利、快捷的就诊服务。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of banking-medical service system in combination with HIS in hospital's outpatient department.Methods:According to hospital characteristics and the transformation of the original out-patient treatment process,we developed a banking-medical service system.Results:This system optimized the consultation process of patients in the outpatient department through self-card issuing,health insurance card self-binding,payment,recharge,registration and printing.Conclusion:The optimized outpatient process is more rational and simple.It can greatly improve the efficiency of the hospital and accurately provide treatment services for patients.
