摘要
目的:设计一个高效便捷的医院综合自助系统,用于提高医院门诊的整体服务水平。方法:采用预交金模式,联合农业银行和第三方软硬件供应商,开发和部署相应的自助设备及其软件系统,并在医院原有信息系统的基础上,设计和开发出门诊一卡通系统、银医转账系统和预约挂号系统等3个系统。结果:详述了医院综合自助系统的功能和效益,完成了医院综合自助系统的设计和部署,缩短了患者就诊的等待时间,很大程度上解决了医院门诊拥挤问题。结论:医院综合自助系统和预交金模式具备突出的优点和强大的生命力,能够解决门诊拥挤的难题,有助于进一步优化门诊流程,提高相关人员的工作效率。
ObjeCtive To design an effective and comprehensive hospital self-service system in order to improve overall service level of outpatient. Methods The prepaying cash mode was adopted, and the hospital self-service system was designed and implemented with the union of the agricultural bank of China and other hardware and software eompanies. On the basis of the original hospital information system, the one-card-pass system, the bank and hospital each transferred system, and the booking registration system were developed, which improved the efficiency of the relevant personnel. P^ndts The hospital self-service system and its function were designed and described. The waiting time of outpatients was reduced and the crowded outpatient service was largely solved. The hospital self-service system and prepaying cash mode have the outstanding advantage and strong vitality, which is able to solve the question of crowded outpatient.
