摘要
通过对近年来大承气汤临床应用与实验研究文献综述表明大承气汤对免疫功能、肠源性内毒素、胃肠功能等都具有一定影响 ,对治疗肠梗阻、胃结石、肾病、破伤风以及帮助手术后的恢复等都有显著作用。
Recent clinical and experimental researches of “Great Decoction for Purgation” demonstrated that the decoction could influence the immune function,enterogenous endotoxin and gastrointestinal functions,and it was also effective in treating intestinal obstruction,gastric stone,nephrosis,tetanus,and in the rehabilitation after surgical operation.
