摘要
从辨证和辨病着手 ,只要经方应用得当是可以治疗许多骨伤科疾病的。临床上 ,可按以下方法用方 :一 ,围绕主证用方 ,即根据骨伤科患者在骨伤后出现的主要证候选方用药 ;二 ,根据部位用方 ,即根据骨伤部位与脏腑经络存在的相关性选方用药 ;三 ,循其经脉用方 ,即根据一些骨伤科疾病循经发病的规律选方用药。遵循经方的理论 ,结合骨伤科疾病的特点 。
From the differentiation of syndrome and disease point of view, if applied properly, classical prescriptions can be used to treat many orthopedic diseases. They can be used clinically as the following: ①Applied according to the main syndrome of the orthopedic patient after his injury . ②Applied according to the injured part and the relationship between the viscera and the channels. ③Applied according to the channels i.e. the principles of the orthopedic diseases along the channels . the application range of the classical prescription is expended in accordance with the theory of classical prescriptions and the characteristics of orthopedic diseases.
