摘要
目的：建立郑州中华按蚊实验种群，以便对其进行广泛、深入的实验研究。方法：在特定条件的实验 室内，采用驯化和科学养殖的方法。结果：郑州野外的中华按蚊在实验室内交配、受精、吸血、产卵、各期发育、存活 均已顺利进行，累代养殖获得成功。结论：创建了郑州中华按蚊实验种群，为科研工作奠定了基础。
Aim:To establish experimental population of Anopheles sinensis in Zhengzhou and to do experimental study widely. Methods: The methods of taming and scientific breeding were used in the laboratory with specific conditions.Results:Wild Anopheles sinensis in Zhengzhou could develop, survival, suck blood, mate, fertilize and oviposit smoothly in laboratory. Conclu- sion: Experimental population of Anopheles sinensis in Zhengzhou is set up, which provides the basis for scientific research work.
