摘要
目的: 了解中华按蚊在室内发育的繁殖能力。方法: 捕捉中华按蚊带回室内做单管养殖, 观察中华按蚊各时期的发育情况。结果: 中华按蚊受气温、湿度、光线的影响, 得到中华按蚊从蚊→幼虫→蛹→蚊各阶段发育所需时间及羽化率。结论: 中华按蚊室内繁殖能力在适宜条件下, 能迅速生长发育繁殖, 气温越高需时越短, 气温越低需时越长, 至到停止发育和死亡。
Objective:In order to get to know the capacity of anopheles sinensis development and breeding trends indoors.Method:By catching anopheles sinensis and bringing them indoor and then breeding them in singletube,observe their developing in different periods.Results:The required time and the rate of eclosion are obtained in different period of the rate of eclosion are obtained in different period of development from anopheles sinensis→eggs→larvas→pupas→anopheles sinensis affected by temperature,moisture and light.Conclusion:Under the suitable conditions,they can develop and grow very quickly indoors.The higher the temperature is,the shorter the time is needed.The lower the temperature is,the longer the time is needed till they stop developing or begin dying.Thus scientific basis for prevenling mosquitoes and getting rid of manaria is provided.
