摘要
研究表明中药中微量元素的存在对中药发挥药效具有不可替代的作用,具有较大的研究价值,并逐渐得到关注。结合近年来相关研究情况对中药微量元素检测常用的方法及其数据处理和应用进行了综述,介绍和评述了每种检测方法的原理、特点,以及数据统计分析方法和应用实例,探讨了微量元素研究的应用,以期为中药微量元素的更深入研究提供依据。参考文献58条。
Research shows that trace elements in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） paly an indispensable role for the therapeutic effect. Trace elements are important for the research,and should be emphasized. In order to provide the basis for further research of trace elements in TCM,in this paper,the commonly used detection methods and its data processing and application for trace elements in TCM was summarized. The principle and feature of each detection method was introduced and evaluated,data processing with concrete examples was also introduced,and research on the application of trace elements was also discussed. The references include 58 papers.
