摘要
目的 探讨熊胆粉对豚鼠胆囊胆固醇结石的预防作用及其可能的作用机制。方法 将 80只豚鼠随机分为 4组 ,分别为空白组、致石组、熊胆粉预防组、熊去氧胆酸 (UDCA)预防组。喂养 2个月后检测胆石生成情况及胆汁生化。结果 熊胆粉能显著降低豚鼠的胆石生成率 ,升高胆汁酸浓度 ,降低胆汁中胆固醇浓度及致石指数。
Objective To determine whether bear bile could prevent the formation of cholesterol gallstone. Methods Totally 80 guinea pigs randomly divided into 4 groups i.e. blank group, lithogenic group, prevention by bear bile powder group and UDCA group. After two months feeding the rate of stone formation and biochemical of bile were tested. Result Bear bile powder could reduce the incidence of cholesterol gallstone formation of guinea pigs from 71.4% to 21.43%, and could decrease the biliary cholesterol level and lithogenic index. Conclusion Bear bile has preventive effect on cholesterol gallstone formation in guinea pigs.(Shanghai Med J, 2000,23∶417419)
