摘要
活熊胆囊造口术后胆汁引流不畅的原因有引流管滑脱、引流管胆泥阻塞、引流管联接处脱离等。常见病变有胆囊壁增厚,胆囊萎缩,胆囊管闭塞,胆色素类结石形成,胆囊底切口周围息肉性病变向腔内生长,胆液混浊和胆囊积脓等。讨论了合理的再度手术方式,提出了适宜的引流管。术后再引流2/3例获得成功。
After the cholecystomy in breeding bear, inadequate drainage of bile may cause by slip- ping out of drainage-tube from the gallbladder, or obstructing tube from the operational join-part. In these cases, the following pathological changes are fornd out: cholecystic wall pachynsis, cholecystic atrophy, cystic duct obstruction, biliary pigmental stone, polypoid change surrounding the incision of fundus of gallbldder growing into the cavity of the gallbladder, putrid bile, clouded bile and abscess. The reasonable program of the secondary operation and the adequate selection of the drainage tube in breeding bear were also discussed. The successful redrainage obtained in two thirds of all after the secondary operation in breeding bear.
