摘要
目的 :探讨粒 巨噬细胞集落刺激因子 (rhGM CSF)在合并真菌感染的恶性血液病中与抗真菌药物联合应用的地位。方法 :对合并真菌感染的恶性血液病人在大扶康治疗同时 ,随机分成加rhGM—CSF(2— 5 μg/kg)和不加rhGM CSF两组。结果 :接受大扶康加rhGM CSF治疗的患者有效率为 88 0 % ,对照组为 6 9 6 % (P <0 0 5 )。中性粒细胞恢复程度及真菌清除时间 ,实验组与对照组均有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 ,0 0 1)。结论 :rhGM CSF加可速中性粒细胞恢复 ,缩短真菌清除时间 。
Purpose:To investigate the effect of recombinant human granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor (rhGM CSF) plus antifungal drugs in the treatment of malignant hematonsis with fungus infection.Methods:Malignant hematonsis with fungus infection were randomized to receive diflucan with or without rhGM CSF.Results:Response rates were 88.0% in patients who recevived diflucan plus rhGM CSF and the control patients were 69.6% ( P <0 05), It was significantly less for the degree of ANC recovered & the period of fungus cleaned in patientsd who received diflucan plus rhGM CSF. Conclusions:It were clear to elevat ANC quickly、shorten the period of fungus cleaned and increase response rates for antifungal when rhGM CSF had been combined with antifungal drugs in the treament of malignant hematonsis.
