摘要
【目的】探讨联合应用重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(rhG-CSF)与抗真菌药物在急性白血病合并真菌感染中的效果。【方法】急性白血病合并真菌感染的患者在应用氟康唑治疗同时,随机分为加rhG-CSF(治疗组)和不加rhG-CSF(对照组)两组。【结果】治疗组有效率为89.1%,对照组为62.8%(P<0.05)。中性粒细胞恢复程度,治疗组与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。【结论】rhG-CSF可加速中性粒细胞恢复,与抗真菌药物协同可提高其抗菌疗效,是治疗恶性血液病合并真菌感染较理想的方法。
[Objective]To investigate the effect of recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor（rhG-CSF） plus antifungal drugs in the treatment of malignant hematonosis with fungus infection. [Methods]Malignant hematonosis with fungus infection was randomized to receive fluconazole with or without rhGCSF. [Results]Response rates were 89. 1% in patients who recevived fluconazole plus rhG-CSF and were 62. 8% in the control group（P〈0.05） . Absolute neutrophil count（ANC） recovered better in patients who received fluconazole plus rhG-CSF. [Conclusion]rhG-CSF can hasten the recovery of ANC. rhG-CSF combined with antifungal drugs is the ideal method in the treatment of malignant hematonosis with fungus infection.
