重组人粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子新用途 被引量:7

摘要 粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)是一种具有多项潜能的细胞因子。重组人粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(rhGM-CSF)对创伤愈合、肿瘤治疗、疫苗增效、难治性感染等的良好功效越来越为医学工作者所关注。本文着重综述了近几年rhGM-CSF在这些新领域的研究进展。
