摘要
通过自由基聚合获得1,2-聚丁二烯接枝聚苯乙烯,将其与沥青通过高速剪切共混制备了1,2-SB改性沥青。考察了1,2-SB改性沥青的高温储存稳定性、感温性、耐老化性和抗低温开裂性并进行DSC分析。结果表明,当1,2-SB的质量分数为4%时,与基质沥青、SBS改性沥青及1,4-SB改性沥青相比,改性沥青的高温储存稳定性、感温性、耐老化性和抗低温开裂性明显改善。
1,2-polybutadiene grafted polystyrene was synthesized by free-radical and modified asphalt was prepared by blending 1,2-SB at 4 000 r /m in.Thermal storage stability,Temperature sensibility,Thermal aging properties and Cracking resistance at low temperature of 1,2-SB modified asphalt were investigated.The differential scanning calorimetric analysis(DSC) was used to research.The results showed that Thermal temperature storage stability,Temperature sensibility,Thermal aging properties and Cracking resistance at low temperature of 1,2-SB modified asphalt were better than SBS modified asphalt and 1,4-SB modified asphalt when mass fraction of 1,2-SB was 4%.
