以Al(i-Bu)_2OPh为助催化剂,研究了C_2—C_(16)醇与WCl_6的反应产物WCl_4OR为催化剂合成1,2-聚丁二烯的活性。其中R为—C_(16)H_(21)者活性最高,—C_6H_(11)和—C_6H_(10)最低,但R对分子量分布影响较小。加料方式应为Bd+W(或Al)+Al(或W)。聚合温度低于30℃无催化活性;提高温度和单体浓度可增加催化活性,但温度增加,使[η]下降,分子量分布变宽,而提高单体浓度却使[η]上升。所得1,2-聚丁二烯中,1,2-链节含量在80%左右,其中全同立构含量达60%以上。
The activity of WC14OR-A1 ( i-Bu ) 2OPh catalyst system in the synthesis of 1,2-polybutadiene was investigated. The WC14OR was the product of exchanging reaction between WC16 and C2-16 alcohols, when R group was-C10H21. The activity of the catalyst would be the highest, and when R group was-C5H11 or-C9H19, the activity of the catalyst would be the lowest. The 1,2-polybutadiene obtained by this catalyst system contained about 80% of 1,2-units, and 60% of isotatic stereoisomers.
