摘要
高职院校现代学徒制试点遇到的困境,究其根本原因是现代学徒制的运行机制不健全。在借鉴西方现代学徒制内涵和基本特征的基础上,我国高职院校现代学徒制要着重从建立动力机制、保障机制、共享机制、利益驱动机制等方面探析对策,以期加快高职院校现代学徒制试点工作的全面推行。
Pilot modem apprenticeship in Higher Vocational Colleges runs into many difficulties, which contribute to the im- perfect running mechanism. This article based on the connotation and basic characteristics of western modem apprenticeship, ana- lyzes the existing problems and dilemma in the pilot project of modem apprenticeship in Chinese higher vocational colleges, and puts forward countermeasures such as establishing motive mechanism, guarantee mechanism, sharing mechanism, benefit-driven mechanism and other aspects to have modem apprenticeship pilot project spread around higher vocational colleges.
