Development and application of virtual reality on safety training system in coal mine

摘要 为了提高职工安全培训效果,积极探索科学先进的培训手段和方法,张矿集团研发了煤矿虚拟现实安全培训系统,系统利用3D技术将矿井现场环境、六大系统、岗位操作、风险评估、隐患排查治理、避灾救灾以及矿井典型事故案例事故树分析在计算机中进行模拟再现,系统通过提供的视频、动画、声音和文字等多种形式来提升学员的学习效果。 To improve the safety training effect of workers, the scientific and advanced training means and methods were explored actively. A virtual reality safety training system for coal mine was developed by Zhangjiakou Coal Group. In this system, the coal field, six systems, post operation, risk assessment, hidden riskchecking and management, disaster avoidance and relief, as well as the failure tree analysis of typical mine accidents and cases were simulated and reconstructed with 3D technology. Besides, the workers" learning effect was improved by diversified forms such as video, animation, voice and characters.
