运用SWOT分析,梳理和总结了义煤集团当前具有的优势、劣势和面临的机遇与挑战,探索性提出了实施产融模式的5条路径选择。
With the SWOT analysis, the paper combs and summarizes the current strengths and weaknesses that Yima Coal Industry Group has possessed and the opportunities and challen- ges that it will face. Then the paper proposes 5 exploratory routes to implementing the mode of combination between industry and finance.
