该文综述了目前国内外青花椒的研究现状、青花椒主要呈香物质种类、青花椒香味物质的应用等的研究进展,并对研究方向进行了展望。
This paper reviewed the current domestic and international research progress on aroma substances types in Znthoxylum schinifolium, applications of Znthoxylum schinifolium aroma substances. The research direction was also prospected.
